Roofing Company Serving Conroe & The Woodlands, TX

…quote and availability to complete the project. The foreman gave me his personal cell to ensure any questions would be quickly addressed. I was concerned about debris in the pool and they covered the entire area with plastic The roof looks beautiful but more importantly I’m confident in its installation quality.

…step and helped navigate the insurance claim process, even when my insurance company fought it the whole way—as they often do.

Communication was excellent, they were professional throughout, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was that the entire roof installation was completed in just one day—wow!

If you’re looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly advocates for their customers, I highly recommend Jay and his team.

…of the items noted on the inspection was that the dryer exhaust vent had been installed incorrectly when the roof was replaced. I messaged Roof Guys, and they arrived on time and were extremely prompt. The rep looked over the entire roof, identified the issue, and confirmed my dryer exhaust had not been impacted before installing a new vent hood. He cleaned up the work area and was very professional, explaining where the previous roofer had gone wrong and exactly what was needed. Super grateful for their help!

…professional & our neighbors even commented throughout the day how smoothly the installation went. This new roof has been a long time coming and I can't believe how much of a difference it makes to the appearance of our home.

…difficult insurance company (State Farm), and he helped us all the way through submitting the paperwork needed to my insurance. Highly recommend these guys! All I paid was my deductible! They even threw in a tree trimming!

…beautiful new roof! They were incredibly helpful in counseling us about all aspects, including insurance. And they were very responsive to our questions, concerns, and requests along the way, even down to helping us choose our shingle color and select a new ventilation fan. Ana, Torrick, and the owner Jay were all very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They usually responded within a few minutes of calls or texts. I would definitely recommend these guys.

…payment conditions. I am so grateful!! The work was completed quickly, the quality was excellent, and the price was fair. I have been recommending them to everyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor.

…They were thorough, and explained all options. So appreciative for them.

…Jay and Shantel run the most professional, efficient, and customer friendly operation I have ever experienced. In addition, Torrick and his lovely wife came out before the roof was installed and explained the process in the most respectful and courteous way and spoke to the adjuster. I really believe they all deserve 6s and not 5s. Mark L

…storm loosened the satellite dishes and I had roof water leaks inside my house. I called the roof guys and they repaired my roof water leaks. The staff did an excellent job. I would recommend the company.
The satellite dishes made the damages not the roof guys. I canceled my satellite dish services and the roof guys removed the satellite dishes.

They also do gutters too !!

Thank you so much again

…hit with hail, but I have referred them to my own customers too.

…skilled at what they do. From the first phone call they were so nice and worked with my hectic schedule. 100% recommend

…issues. They even help me submit the needed claim. I would strongly recommend them to take care of your roof issues.

A very satisfied customer

…Guys, specifically Torrick and Anna. After working with two other Roof companies coupled with 4 State Farm inspections I continued to be one of two homes in our neighborhood that had no wind or hail damage over 20 years thus NEVER qualifying for a roof replacement. (I have no idea how the weather hit everybody in the neighborhood except me…
Three days after meeting The Roof Guys I was approved for a new roof due to hail and wind damage. Three days later the process began and 2 1/2 days after that I had a new roof. They participated in the inspection and every call, visit and communication with the insurance company. 8 1/2 days after I met them I had a new roof….done!!! Their crew came early and worked hard until dark. Torrick stayed on site and supervised the entire crew all day. They put tarps in my neighbors yard to make sure no debris accidentally made its way to their property. When they finished and left, you could not tell by my yard or any surrounding areas that anyone had ever been there….. except of course by my roof. 🙂 I would highly recommend them to anybody that thinks they may have roof damage, needs an inspection and/or needs to replace their roof. They also came back when the project was finished, called my insurance company, updated my policy and negotiated a lower premium.
Thank you Torrick and Anna!!! The Roof Guys are the best!!!!

…repair! I called in the morning and had my roof fixed before 3pm! Our sewer vent on the roof was cracked. They replaced the whole vent and even charged us less than quoted!

…from the beginning to the end. The crew was very professional and absolutely covered everything that needed covered and the cleanup was perfect ! Three families on our block use them also and we were all more than just satisfied we love our new roofs and we love a beginning friendship with Torrick and Anna ! We vote them ,the best !!
