…of the items noted on the inspection was that the dryer exhaust vent had been installed incorrectly when the roof was replaced. I messaged Roof Guys, and they arrived on time and were extremely prompt. The rep looked over the entire roof, identified the issue, and confirmed my dryer exhaust had not been impacted before installing a new vent hood. He cleaned up the work area and was very professional, explaining where the previous roofer had gone wrong and exactly what was needed. Super grateful for their help!

The satellite dishes made the damages not the roof guys. I canceled my satellite dish services and the roof guys removed the satellite dishes.

After working with two other Roof companies coupled with 4 State Farm inspections I continued to be one of two homes in our neighborhood that had no wind or hail damage over 20 years thus NEVER qualifying for a roof replacement. Three days after meeting The Roof Guys I was approved for a new roof due to hail and wind damage. Three days later the process began and 2 1/2 days after that I had a new roof. They participated in the inspection and every call, visit and communication with the insurance company. 8 1/2 days after I met them I had a new roof….done!!! Their crew came early and worked hard until dark. Torrick stayed on site and supervised the entire crew all day. They put tarps in my neighbors yard to make sure no debris accidentally made its way to their property. When they finished and left, you could not tell by my yard or any surrounding areas that anyone had ever been there….. except of course by my roof. 🙂 I would highly recommend them to anybody that thinks they may have roof damage, needs an inspection and/or needs to replace their roof. They also came back when the project was finished, called my insurance company, updated my policy and negotiated a lower premium.

…repair! I called in the morning and had my roof fixed before 3pm! Our sewer vent on the roof was cracked. They replaced the whole vent and even charged us less than quoted!
